Glass fiber yarn

Glass fiber yarn: Glass fiber is an excellent inorganic non-metallic material with a wide variety of types. Its advantages include good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength. Glass fiber is usually used as a reinforcing material in composite materials. The diameter of its monofilaments ranges from several micrometers to over twenty micrometers, equivalent to 1/20 to 1/5 of a human hair. Each bundle of fiber filaments is composed of hundreds or even thousands of monofilaments.
